Stockpile is an app-based brokerage that aims to make investing in the stock market more accessible and less intimidating, especially to younger people. A simple, streamlined interface makes buying and selling stocks and ETFs quick and easy, while gift card options encourage users to make shares of stock the gift of choice for birthdays, holidays, and graduations.

I led defining and redesigning the gifting of stocks as a core service and product for Stockpile as Product Manager and user researcher. One of the core problems with giving feature was tied to the product strategy.
As a result, I decided to tackle on aligning the product strategy such as the vision and company values. This informed me to discuss with the product team about a new product roadmap approach including customer themes that drive the gifting journey.
Led the design team to reenvision based on aligned business metrics with marketing and product OKRs
Empathized with user persona and ideated solutions with Crazy 8s to solve for customer confidence pain points
Added evidence-based outcomes metrics to gift giver and recipient journeys while defining the product strategy with CEO and CPO
Wrote requirements and user stories in 5+ product requirements documents
Prototyped on Figma and Invision medium to high fidelity wireframes that reflect the needs and close the gaps of the gifting journey
The product team was able to use my research direction including the product strategy and wireframes to inform about ways to optimize the gifting journey including to 20+ emails marketing.
